Bar Register of Pre-eminent
Lawyers
Michael H. Minton was included in the 2007 edition of the Martindale-Hubbell
Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. These peer review ratings
have been an integral part of Martindale-Hubbell’s services
to the legal community since 1887. The Peer Review rating process
evaluates lawyers in the United States and Canada and is solely
based upon peer review.
A Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating attests to a lawyer’s
legal ability and professional ethics, and reflects the confidential
opinions of the Bar and the Judiciary.
“The
Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register lists only the most distinguished
law practices- those that have achieved the prestigious “AV”
rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. The “A”
signifies the highest levels of legal ability, while the “V”
denotes “very high” adherence to professional
standards of conduct, ethics, reliability and diligence.”
Carol D. Cooper- Martindale-Hubbell Senior Vice President
and Publisher
The rating
of AV is achievable only after admission to the bar for at
least ten years and it indicates the highest level of legal
ability and ethics. Fewer than 5% of all law firms qualify
and are included, making The Minton Firm, P.C. one of the
most distinguished and respected in the country.
