Dalal M. Jarad currently focuses her practice primarily on personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Ms. Jarad is also an experienced appellate attorney for both federal and state civil and criminal appeals and has researched and drafted briefs before the Illinois Supreme Court, Illinois Appellate Court, the Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Ms. Jarad is also experienced in federal and state civil and criminal litigation, the prosecution and defense of collection actions and the prosecution and defense of commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes.  A title agent with Chicago Title Insurance since 2004, Ms. Jarad is also experienced in both residential and commercial real estate transactions.  Ms. Jarad has also assisted with the prosecution of Title VII civil rights/discrimination cases.
 
In 1997, Ms. Jarad opened the Law Offices of Dalal M. Jarad.  As an attorney and counselor, she is committed to continuously delivering to her clients respect, responsiveness and results.  Since 2007, Ms. Jarad has worked with The Minton Firm, P.C. on an Of Counsel basis.
