Angela focus’s her practice on immigration issues. She has regularly appeared in Korean language cable television news programs to provide information on updated immigration laws and regulations.

Angela has also lead seminars on E-2 Treaty Investor Visas, Immigration, and Employment Issues. Additionally, she has worked with congressional staff to obtain a congressional inquiry on immigration matters. Angela opened the Law Offices of Angela L. Kwan in 2007 and shortly thereafter began working with The Minton Firm, P.C. on an of counsel basis.

Angela frequently deals with bars to admissibility, extraordinary ability petitions, and waivers of two-year foreign residency requirements. She has advised U.S. and multinational corporations on workforce strategy and visa processing for their foreign national employees.

Presently, Angela aids clients and small business owners with matters of immigration, business transaction, adoption and dissolution of marriage.
